As an LA Phil subscriber, you and your family are invited to attend a special picnic, featuring music played by members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, two vouchers for food and drinks from popular L.A. food trucks, photo booths, and more, all in a private, reserved area that includes shade and the famous Grand Park fountain.

What is the date and time of the event?
August 27, 2017 – 11am-4pm
Where will the event take place?
The event will take place in Grand Park between Grand Ave. and Hill St. The entrance to the event will be located at 200 N. Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
Where should I park?
Street parking is available in various locations around Grand Park. There are also parking garages directly beneath Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. See LAPhil.com/visit/directions for more information.
How many guests can I bring?
You may RSVP for you and your family. Space is limited and filled on a first come, first served basis. We recommend you RSVP early.
What will the food options be?
Food trucks from around L.A. will be on site accepting subscriber food vouchers and cash.
What should I bring?
Once your RSVP is received, a Subscriber Picnic packet will be sent to your address on file before August 18, 2017. The packet will include subscriber wristbands for you and your guests, which will grant access to the event. The packet will also include food and drink vouchers, and an information sheet describing the timeline for the event. Seating in the event will be limited, so bring your own portable seats or blankets if you desire.
